Quick & Dirty Post-Run Shake

Here's my recipe for a delicious, healthful, post-run shake. This is such a treat for me at the end of any run, but especially a long one. It tastes that good!

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (We use original Silk)
1 medium banana
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
2 tablespoon white chia seeds
1-2 cups of kale or spinach

Blend until smooth and enjoy.

Feel free to switch up the ingredients to your desired tastes -- swap strawberries for blueberries, avocado for banana or unsweetened soy milk for unsweetened almond milk.
